Meet the Team
Tracy Starkey - Supervisor and SENCO Lead

"I attended the University of Northampton and continued my Early Years experience by gaining Early Years Professional status in 2009. I have worked in a variety of settings including a large nursery chain for 10 years. I have a passion for play, children leading their own learning and providing exciting environments for children. Having the opportunity to introduce the Curiosity Approach to the pre school has been a fantastic opportunity and I am so proud of what we have acvhieved.

I have two boys, live locally and I enjoy days out, usually at Legoland!"

Jane Frodsham - Business Manager

"As a qualified Management Accountant and mum of two boys I took a step back from working for large commercial organisations to take up the role of Pre-school Business Manager in 2013. The Management Committee required dedicated, continuous financial, business and admin support, which previously fell to them as volunteers.

My role covers all the financial aspects of running an Early Years setting from payroll and fees invoicing to annual accounts, as well as grant funding applications, liaising with all professional bodies, premises management, staff training coordination and supporting the management committee with recruitment and personnel management.

Although I work predominantly from home, I love finding any excuse to call into Pre-school to see the children and the team enjoying all the wonderful activities in our beautiful setting and surroundings.

I feel very proud to be a part of our lovely village pre-school!"
